This is How I Made it

My Story

With 43 years of experience in the iron game, I don’t just teach strength. I live it.

I’m a certified personal trainer specializing in strength training, backed by decades of hands-on experience under the bar and on the mat. From high school wrestling to college wrestling, I built my foundation in discipline, grit, and relentless work ethic early on.

I went on to compete as a bodybuilder, powerlifter, and shoot fighter, pushing my limits across multiple arenas of strength and performance. I know what it takes to prepare, to sacrifice, and to show up when it counts.

Strength isn’t just about lifting heavier. It’s about building resilience, confidence, and a mindset that carries into every part of your life.

Whether you’re new to training or ready to break through plateaus, I bring proven experience, technical precision, and old-school work ethic to every session.

Available Plans

Training & Membership

One on one, face to face focus based on strength training. 45 minute sessions.

  • 2 times a week - $600 / month
  • 3 times a week - $700 / month
  • 4 times a week - $900 / month​
  • 8 session package - $750

Pay on the 1st or the 15th. No gym fees. No contract.
